If you’re facing the same issue and any of such application is not loading, here are two ways given to fix your problem.

What is Happening and Why

Avast has recently included a features to detect if there is any website try to trap the users by any suspicious activity. Often hijackers make the undue use of available resources and they look for such websites which are hosted on different domains to communication to and from websites hosted on different domains so often security applications deny to give access to the users of such applications. But all applications are not nefarious and suspicious so it’s a problem for the users to load their favorite programs.

So the app vendors and developers consult about it with the Avast and found Avast antivirus errors solution. They came up with two solution to solve this issue. The first one is, you need to completely disable web filtering by Avast and the second is add an app link that is being detected as a suspicious link. The first step is not ideal for security prospect, but second option may be better if you are about security on other sites as well.

Option 1 – Disable Avast Web Filtering

  1. Open the Avast console
  2. Now click on the Real Time Shields menu item
  3. Then click on Web Shield menu item
  4. Uncheck the Scan web (HTTP) traffic option
  5. Now close the Avast console
  6. And finally leload your app the browser

The second option is you need to tell Avast that there is nothing to worry about the app.  It’s the safest way to go, however, web filtering is still enabled for other sites.

Option 2 – Add an app link that is being detected as a suspicious link to the exclusion list
