Try the option “Print as image”

Directly Copy or download the PDF to your hard drive once again

Sometimes a PDF file may have corrupt data or get damaged so if you received PDF in an email or downloaded it from the web, ask the sender to send it again or download the PDF again. Do not copy the file on a thumb or network drive rather copy it directly to your hard drive.

Open the new PDF on your hard drive and try to print it again.

Use Save as command to create a copy of the PDF

Sometimes small tricks may also solve many issues. In Reader or Acrobat, click on the File > Save As and rename the PDF file. Do not include special characters in the file name. Only include letters and numbers then try to print this new copy of the PDF.

  2. Select File > Print, and then the option for saving the file as a PDF.
  3. Open recently saved PDF, and try to print it again.

For syntax-related issues (problems in programming code), check printing files (preflight inspection)
