  1. Restart your machine

Before you start playing around with the PC’s hardware or software, give a break to your machine and restart it. If you want to get rid of the closed still running processes restart the PC is a good way.

Startup programs also slow down your PC boot time and leave processes running in the background hamper your PC performance. Press Windows+R and type in “msconfig” in “Run” dialog to disable startup programs,.

To find all the programs that startup with your PC, navigate to the “Startup” tab and uncheck all the programs which you don’t want to start with the PC and click on the “OK” button to apply changes.

There is no automatic process, so you will have to check all the programs manually and delete those which you don’t want to keep.

To uninstall files and applications in Windows, just type “Uninstall Programs” in the Start menu search and select the option “Uninstall programs”. Double-click on the selected program to uninstall. If you got too much infected and bloated software, then you might like to kick out everything and start over again. If you are reinstalling Windows, it will delete all the data inside it, so before reinstalling the OS, make sure you have backup of all your important data.
